The Watercooler

July 28th, 2006 by gert

The Watercooler is a podcast by Toby and Dave from The Voice Booth, an audio production company in Christchurch. They’re chatting about music, culture, sports, weather and kiwi life in general, which is why we’ve been fans since day one, which is why they gave me the honorary title “Podcast Listener Number One (mp3)“, which is why we caught up with them in the studio (mp3) last January, which is, finally, why Toby and Dave are so enthusiastic about us moving to Welly (mp3):-)

Enjoy these Watercooler episodes! If you want more, visit The Voice Booth website.

If you’re using iTunes, just use this link to subscribe to The Watercooler (it’s free!).

View from house in Wadestown
We have found a home in Wellington! A professor at the Victoria University in Wellington was looking for housesitters for exactly the same period that we were looking for housing.

So for 3 months, from September until December, we will have a home in Wadestown, and this will be our view! Not bad, hey.

View from Beacon Hill Spent some time this weekend with the website. I thought it’d be nice to let you know what kind of weather we’ll have over there. I’ve added a couple of pages with local weather forecasts and webcams. Look at those waves rolling in!
